As a Process Improvement Advisor, you will play a supporting role in enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing workflows, and driving improvement initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategic improvements to improve the overall performance.


The role is responsible for understanding how the Lean & Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies apply to our work based on the existing improvement studies and driving change throughout creating and maintaining LSS documentation, preparing and conducting customized training for the different service lines, and generating relevant reports. This role requires a keen analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve tangible results.



Job Responsibilities:



  • Process Analysis: Support and conduct comprehensive analyses of existing processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities to streamline operations.

  • Performance Metrics: Support the development and implementation of performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of processes and monitor the impact of improvement initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek process improvement opportunities by gathering feedback from team members, conducting data-driven analyses, and identifying best practices in the industry.

  • Change Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvement initiatives, providing guidance and support to overcome resistance to change.

  • Lean Methodologies: Apply Lean principles and methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce lead time, and optimize resource utilization throughout the organization.

  • Training and Development: Provide tailored training and workshops to team members on process improvement methodologies and tools, empowering them to contribute actively to the continuous improvement efforts in their respective service lines.

  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with process changes and support the development of risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.

  • Project Management: Support and lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation while maintaining open communication with project stakeholders.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of improvement projects, their impact, and lessons learned for future reference and continuous learning.




Job Requirements:



  • Legally authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions

  • A STEM background, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline. An advanced degree would be an advantage.

  • Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in process improvement or a related role within a similar industry.

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required (if not in possession training will be provided).

  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data effectively, draw meaningful insights, and translate those insights into actionable strategies or recommendations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Project) and experience with process mapping software (Microsoft Visio).

  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
