As a Software Engineer , you will:
The Software engineer will perform the development and integration via industry best practices, including Agile methodologies for the government system.
The Software Engineer will provide mission application and framework development support.
The Software Engineer participates in a development team that uses modern DevSecOps software practices and a technology-supported development infrastructure.
The Senior Software Engineer will help maintain and develop new capabilities to the deployed system, diagnose and resolve issues, and provide support to end-users as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the technical talent and desire to continuously learn new skills and technologies.
The ideal candidate will provide on-the-job mentoring to junior engineers as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Spring Boot framework.
Experience with C++, or Python programming languages.
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar Relational Database Management System (RDBMS)
Experience with Front-End web development, including JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SCSS, or HTML
Experience with unit testing.
Experience with integration and development tools, including AWS, Docker, Bitbucket, and Jenkins
Experience integrating, testing, and deploying software applications to operations.
Knowledge of REST APIs.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline and minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Experience with Java, JEE object-oriented programming.
Experience with the Vue.js framework.
Experience with Microservices.
Experience with containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
Experience with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or GovCloud
Experience with Agile Software Development Process and Methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban).
Experience with supporting systems engineering efforts in system design, solution engineering, and software development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to detail complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with consent to CI Poly .

Pay Range*:$100-$110 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
