GLOBAL BENEFITS MANAGER

We are currently seeking a Global Benefits Manager that will report to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards. The Global Benefits Manager will be a key member of the Total Rewards team who will lead the strategic direction and drive the execution of the company’s global benefits. This person will ensure that all benefit programs are compliant, cost effective, competitive, sustainable, drive consumerism and have a positive impact on attracting and retaining the top talent in the workplace.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Administer medical, wellness, dental, vision, life, AD&D, supplemental life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, various voluntary benefits and leave administration.

  • Provide global oversight, strategic direction and have a strong working knowledge of international benefit programs.

  • Maintain knowledge of and analyze government regulations, benefit program trends, and prevailing practices among similar organizations, recommend changes as needed.

  • Lead the domestic annual open enrollment process by recommending program changes and gaining executive approval. Preparing employee communication materials, supporting the design and accuracy of the IT enrollment system and working with carriers on ensuring accurate benefit enrollment.

  • Oversee the management of our benefits vendor relationships, broker relationships and contracts.

  • Develop and maintain effective communication strategies and ensure all benefit programs are fully understood and appropriately valued by employees.

  • Partner with HR generalists, HR leadership and employees regarding benefits options and questions

  • Work closely with IT and Payroll to design and maintain an accurate employee benefit platform and ensure accurate employee records.

  • Support M&A activities for any due diligence and/or integration activities as needed.

  • Work with Corporate Finance to develop, recommend and monitor budget allocations for employee benefits.

  • Provide additional support for policies, employee relations, and other HR areas as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Certification in benefits administration is a plus.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in benefits administration with global experience preferred

  • Ability to manage a global team and work independently

  • Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefits

  • Experience with vendor management and benefits strategy development

  • Ability to navigate complex legal requirements across different countries

  • Balance cost-efficiency with competitive benefit offerings

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple priorities; strong communication and negotiation skills; effective project management skills; and strong analytical, research, reporting and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrate ability to partner and communicate with senior leadership

  • Workday experience is a plus
