Hexagon is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support our US Public Safety (USPS) leadership team.
The selected candidate will:
Perform all administrative duties to support USPS leadership team members, including but not limited to making travel arrangements; expense report compilation and filing; time card tracking; meeting scheduling and calendar management; and other administrative tasks as required
Assist with payment processes and budget planning/reconciliation
Assist with creation/support of PowerPoint presentations; documentation and distribution of key meeting minutes; data entry/analysis as applicable; online research; and office and employee social event planning and coordination
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations of the office in compliance with corporate polices
Analyze office operations and procedures and suggest process improvements where possible
Assisting with other special projects to support the Business unit and GM
Qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
Minimum of four years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a Corporate office setting
Ability to interact well with all levels of staff
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment
Must be a self-starter with a proactive work style and take initiative to conclude projects in a timely and professional manner
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
Travel may be required on occasion for event support or training
