A Florida based law firm seeks an experienced, Office Administrator to oversee their Tampa office and will work closely with the COO, Director of HR and local Administrative Partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of Law Firm management experience. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package.


Responsibilities Include:
* Supervises legal support staff and administers annual performance reviews,
* Recruits, screens and hires personnel,
* Responsible for employee orientation, development and training of all new hires,
* Ensures that staff workloads are equitable and monitors staff PTO requests and overtime,
* Counsels support staff with concurrence of the Director of HR,
* Ensures all office/attorney licensing requirements are met,
* Evaluates office needs and recommends plans for improving efficiency,
* Prepares and manages annual office budget,
* Responsible for office facilities, including maintenance and works with COO on building construction and office moves,
* Responsible for file systems and procedures,
* Plans and executes office events and functions.
