Location: West Chester, PA (Mostly on site with some WFH flex)
Salary: 50-60K
The Desktop Support Analyst will provide comprehensive support for end-users in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and software applications, particularly Office 365. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required:
2+ years of desktop support experience
Windows environment experience
Knowledge of desktop security
