We operate in a hybrid work environment, which includes remote days on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

As a Financial Analyst on our Finance and Operations team, you be responsible for providing comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to support decisions for a business unit. This role will utilize Cognos and other BI tools to manage and interpret financial data, develop financial models, maintain cost and pricing information, and present the findings with cross functional teams. This role with have the unique opportunity to have visibility into domestic and international manufacturing supporting a business team that has diverse channels of distribution ranging from e-commerce, retail, and commercial sales.

In this role, you will…

• Develop accurate and timely reporting of KPIs of the financial and operational results of the business unit.
• Conduct a wide variety of financial modeling including ROI analysis for existing business, potential new customer placements, promotional and new product development opportunities.
• Ensure product cost accuracy through timely cost set-ups and updates to standard costs.
• Participate in strategic planning, fiscal year budgeting and planning processes.
• Share data and findings to a diverse audience to maximize profitability for the business.

What You Bring to the Team:

• A minimum of two (2) years of analytical experience preferably within a consumer products environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or commensurate field.
• Able to work within a very fast-paced environment while ensuring the accuracy of details and an understanding of the overall objective.
• Strong financial acumen to provide strategic recommendations that will drive the overall financial performance of the teams.
• Ability and willingness to learn from and be influential across the multiple disciplines of the team.
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills.
