Sr. Effectiveness Engineer - Hybrid, Mult. Locations
As the Sr. Effectiveness Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the standardization and institutionalization of engineering onboarding and capability building processes for Mars Wrigley North America. Your role will partner with engineering leadership and cross functional associates to lead the continuous improvement, development and delivery of tools, trainings, and processes to enhance and streamline the capability building and onboarding experience of the engineering function. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the optimization Engineering Operating System and process digitization efforts, and driving a value conscious mindset across the engineering function and the delivery of capital projects.

Open to the following locations: Hackettstown, NJ. Newark, NJ. Chicago, IL. Topeka, KS. Waco, TX. Cleveland, TN.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors degree in engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering


• 5-10 years' experience in a comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry preferable


• Basic understanding of engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction or Computer Services


• In-depth understanding and experience in engineering process management, standardization, and comprehensive project management.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of a scalable, user centric onboarding and capability ecosystem (Tools, Trainings, Competency Matrix, etc) for North America Engineering. Areas of focus include:

• Support the digitization of engineering processes as regional representative and Subject Matter Expert. (Engineering Work Process, Asset Health Check, etc)


• Support the evolution of the Engineering Management Operating System in service of value to the business.


• Driving a Value Conscious Possibility Mindset across the Supply Function.


• Supporting the development and delivery of capital projects as required.
