Job Description:

Are you looking for a position that will showcase your creative abilities that will enhance our employee experience? The Communications Specialist is an impactful role on the Human Resources team who will maintain our current communication methods and create new ways to showcase our company accomplishments, employee recognition and benefits programs using established and creative communication tools. This role supports communication and presentation methods to enhance the overall employee experience. A summary of primary responsibilities include:  



  • Create and maintain our current methods of employee communication to include quarterly newsletter and monthly publications. Develop and maintain employee themed marketing campaigns via our flat screen tv's located at each of our 29 branches. 

  • Identify and create employee communications for internal and external marketing actions to support HR related benefits, recruitment and recognition programs that will ensure positive employee experiences through all phases of employment. Enhance our communication methods to recognize our employee achievements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with our employee at our 29 branches in five states to help build and align communication efforts across the company.

  • Participate in HR related functions in support of key employee services to include monthly corporate meetings, recruitment, benefits and employee events.


Experience and Education:



  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR, Employee Communications, Marketing and related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or equivalent in work experience.  

  • Communicate creatively and effectively with software and digital tools that include Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Camtasia, and other tools.  

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with unexpected requests and changing priorities.


We offer a competitive benefits package that includes salary from $62,600 to $76,500 based on experience, health benefits, vacation, sick leave, life insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing and company match!  This position is onsite at our Tukwila Corporate Office.
