Job Description:

Location: Langhorne, PA

Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Well established Food and Beverage manufacturer seeking a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) / Human Resources (HR) Manager.



EHS Duties:


Develop policies for environmental impact and employee safety.


Establish guidelines for documentation.


Audit facilities for risks and develop corrective actions.


Ensure compliance with regulations including OSHA.


HR Duties:


Execute HR policies and programs including recruitment, training, employee relations, and benefits planning.


Ensure compliance with regulations including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA.


Assist managers in applying HR programs.


Answer employee/candidate questions about HR policies and offerings.


Requirements:


Comprehensive knowledge of EHS and HR policies, procedures, and practices.


Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Health and Safety preferred, or associate degree with 6+ years of related experience.


Bi-lingual English and Spanish fluency preferred.


Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required.
