What you'll do

Manage clients and provide support on tax matters
• Learn to administer tax functions, including to complete basic annual reports, rate projections, rate verifications, joint account analysis and system updates
• Communicate with clients and state agencies
• Confirm client information to update systems
• Assist with projects related to client accounts
• Learn to utilize EFX tools, processes and procedures

What experience you need

• HS Diploma or GED
  
• Customer Service/clerical experience
  

• Understanding of PC functions and ability to learn/understand internal technology/systems.
  
• Experience with Google Suite
  
• Experience within an office environment
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
