Non profit organization downtown seeks an HR Director to join their team. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits, free parking, along with a hybrid schedule after training (1 day from home). We are seeking experienced candidates with a proven track record in HR to provide strategic HR leadership to the organization. Salary range from $85K - $92K.
Job duties:
Collaborate with the VP of HR to develop and implement strategies
Oversee Talent Acquisition and Training & Development
Supervise a team of HR staff and provide direction and guidance
Ensure the team is meeting objectives and stays current on federal, state, and local laws and HR trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
5 years in Human Resources, 3 years in a supervisory role
HR Certification (PHR / SHRM) preferred, but not required, obtain certification within 1 year
Strong background in HR compliance, as well as employee relations (specifically investigations)
