The Treasury Services (TS) Division at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis serves as fiscal agent for the US Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service supporting the Retail Program. This department provides and supports various services related to the issuing and redemption of US savings bonds and marketable securities. As IT Business Program Manager, you will be driving technical projects and programs that maintain, modernize, and expand the systems used by FRB Minneapolis in that role as fiscal agent.
A primary focus of this role will be structuring and maintaining projects and programs to be compliant with System and industry standards, methodologies, and guidelines, including those used by Fiscal (PMIAA, Salesforce and GEM). While this will require both tactical effort and strategic planning, the ability to maintain projects and programs in a state that is well organized and easily auditable (both formally and informally) is critical to success in this role.
Additionally, this role requires a high level of communication skills. You will be interacting and collaborating with a unique variety of audiences, including Treasury Services leadership, Treasury Relationship Support Office (TRSO), Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Internal Audit, Information Technology, and Bank leadership.

*Salary range is $131,900-$164,905-$197,900 (For the advance level $114,100-$142,597-$171,100). Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
