Designs and develops training materials based on client's standards including, but not limited to, retail job training and support center systems training
Partners and collaborates with client's team members in choosing training delivery methods based on content and audience
Creates materials to reflect the client's culture and branding across all platforms
Ensures that training material communicates and guides learners to successfully perform new tasks/responsibilities/process
Ensures content integrity, accuracy, and consistency of training documentation they have created
Software skills required: Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud - Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition, Media Encoder, Microsoft PowerPoint
