As a client-facing position, the Sr. Project Manager will directly influence the Project’s and ERM’s success from proposal development through project delivery. If you enjoy building client relationships, commercial development, managing projects and teams, and contributing technical expertise to permit large capital projects, this position is for you. Candidates who demonstrate excellence in this role and interest in advancing their careers have growth potential in our Partner-track or Technical Director programs.
