A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a key member of the LDAR team, this role will be oversees a team of QA/QC Analysts who are responsible for the following:
Maintaining accurate component inventories
Preparations and submittals of client LDAR reports
Assist Client Project Managers with routine tasks related to client LDAR programs
Review and approve timesheets for direct reports
Conduct weekly or bi-weekly updates with direct reports
Conduct annual employee reviews
Hire and train new employees when needed
Attend managers meetings and supervisor meeting
Review employee safety records for completion
Keep track of T&I projects via spreadsheets
Meet with CPMs and FPMs about future T&I projects and prepare for project
Update PMs and FPMs about T&I projects
Review completed T&I projects for completeness and accuracy (final reviews and deliverables)
Confirm that all projects have been filed for record-keeping purposes
Present T&I project details with clients when needed
Improve inventory database as needed
Validate leaks creating new inventory on the database
Maintain report status via spreadsheets
Review reports for clients for completeness and accuracy
Resolve any reporting or database inventory issues
Prepares and reviews Field Books for technicians
Track time spent on projects on a daily basis
Files scans, copies, and faxes documents
Order's office supplies or special documents for LDAR team
Prepare and update administrative and field forms for management
Completes safety trainings
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years') or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Good knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, table and graph generation and use of applicable computer software
Ability to collaborate with field team members to gather, interpret and consolidate data, generate documentation and reporting, review data and information for presentation and review
Effective written and oral communication skills
Detail oriented
Time management skills
Good editorial and proofreading skills
Good problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
