Who we are looking for:
State Street is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition lead for the experienced hiring - ( Sr. Associate to Sr.Vice President levels) efforts for our Corporate groups. This role will lead a global team of recruiting, sourcing and interview coordination specialists based on productivity metrics with full cycle responsibility for managing the entire process of experienced hires for these business lines globally including delivering on the inclusion and diversity mandates. They would partner with the Sr.HR Business Partners and their senior business leadership teams to set global functional priorities and lead the execution efforts. This role will be location agnostic within the international footprint of the Company.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $167,500 Annual
