Job Description:

Location: Honeoye Falls, NY

Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $175,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager - High Mix Low Volume


•Experience (or equivalent) in a supervisory capacity, preferably within a manufacturing setting


•Must have scope of 300 + in facility.


•Must be able to handle stress and make quick decisions with incomplete information.


•Extensive knowledge of various manufacturing processes


•Must be able to identify, propose, implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives and teams.


•Experience with lean tools such as 5S, SMED etc.


•Come in and assess the weaker points of an operation and define change


oDevelop and challenge leaders


oHigh mix/small volume


oImplementing automation


oImplementing New capital or technology?


oChange in supply chain efficiencies/get better reports


•Help to see where the organization is going and be more proactive versus reactive


•Look at footprint where do we need to expand or automate manufacturing and increase output efficiently.
