The Salesforce Administrator role:

This role spearheads the evolution of our Salesforce platform, aligning it with our dynamic business landscape. Collaborating closely with Sales & Marketing leadership and IT, the position crafts strategic initiatives to bolster company objectives and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include mapping out a strategic Salesforce roadmap, maintaining system architecture, overseeing data governance, and leading migration projects. Additionally, the role generates advanced reports, provides user support, and manages system updates. Acting as the primary liaison with third-party providers, the role ensures seamless communication and issue resolution, while staying updated on Salesforce trends to drive innovation. Furthermore, it involves coordinating system enhancements, testing, and implementation, while serving as the in-house Salesforce expert and supporting user adaptation through effective communication and training.

We’re looking for candidates with:

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years Salesforce administration experience. Salesforce Admin Certification required. Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and availability for occasional schedule adjustments to support system updates and maintenance. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
