What you will be doing:



  • Continually demonstrating leadership in the areas of member service, quality, attitude, professionalism, and work productivity by consistently exceeding transaction activity levels, member service standards and accuracy goals.

  • Mentoring, training, and managing the tellers; provide input on individual teller performance for reviews, recognition, and/or disciplinary actions.

  • Monitoring Teller Center schedule to ensure all employee schedules are being adhered to, including lunches.

  • Completing various duties that contribute to running a smooth, efficient operation including but not limited to proof of GLs, proof of teller’s monthly audits and reports.

  • Overseeing daily activities of the Interactive Teller staff to ensure the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of member transactions.

  • Adhering to all operational and dual control processes; maintain high level of integrity and honesty.

  • Working independently and utilizing effective problem-solving skills to provide overrides, approvals and resolve issues for staff

  • Monitoring daily volume and wait times, open as a teller as needed to avoid any excessive wait times

  • Functioning as resource for all ITM tellers, possessing superior knowledge on products, services, policies, and procedures.


What we need from you:



  • Internal candidates must have two years Teller experience and ‘Commendable’ or above annual overall performance rating and External candidates with previous Head Teller or equivalent Retail Supervisory experience will be considered. External candidates with previous Head Teller or equivalent Retail Supervisory experience will be considered.

  • This is an in-person or hybrid opportunity. Work schedule is 8am – 6pm M – Th, 8am – 7pm F, and 8am – 2pm Sat. 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with tact, empathy, and professionalism. Computer literate.

  • Detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple demands.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and influence others.

  • Proficient knowledge of products, services, policies and procedures and ability to articulate information to members and assist coworkers to resolve member inquiries.
