Position Summary


Carlyle Global Credit's Operations team focuses on all Operational activities across the Global Credit Platform, including investment capture, investment funding, treasury management, portfolio compliance, and administrator oversight.


The CLO Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the compliance process across Carlyle's US CLO platform. The Manager will work closely with operations, fund management and investment professionals to support our industry leading CLO business.



Responsibilities


The compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.


The anticipated base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000.

Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.



Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline


• 5-10 years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on CLO Compliance


• Proven track record of implementing and managing effective processes


• Team player who fosters collaboration across teams to improve efficiency of the organization


• Strong work ethic, willingness to keep learning, honesty and integrity, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Detail oriented self-starter


• Advanced Microsoft Office
