Dispatcher/Account Service Representative DIRECT HIRE $59K Marlborough, MA
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
On call every other weekend: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and communicate with customers and haulers regarding scheduling
Place orders with haulers and determine terminal pulls
Prepare and convey pricing information nightly
Analyze the energy market and execute fuel contracts accordingly
Generate customer billing by matching bills of lading, gallons, pricing, and delivery destinations
Utilize PDI to run daily reports
Reconcile supplier invoices
Perform scheduling-related tasks, including night and weekend coverage
Research and respond to inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Manage documents, including filing and scanning
Qualifications:
College diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in basic math skills such as discounts, interest, percentages, etc.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving/data analysis abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines
Exceptional work ethic with a professional demeanor and attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel
Capability to manage confidential information and maintain its integrity
