Volt is immediatelyhiring for a Manufacturing associate in Willows, Ca


As a Manufacturing associate you will:


• Work with fiberglass product that are compressed by machine, unloading/loading the machine with the compressed product and getting product ready for shipment.

• Packaging operators work 12 hour shifts at 14 shifts per month with seven daytime shift and 7 nighttime shifts.

• Workers utilize personal protective equipment consisting of steel-toe boots, protective glassware, ear plugs, hard hats, and an optional face mask

• Operating packaging equipment, performing quality control inspections, and problem-solving to ensure the safe and smooth operation of equipment, product, and the worker


Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:


• Must be flexible with schedule

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Lifting 20 lbs. consistently.

• Must have prior manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience

• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements


Pay: $20/hr. Temp to hire opportunity



Rotating Schedule (up to 12+ days off per month)
