Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to delivery for digital products and experiences.
- Independently handle all aspects of design, serving as the sole designer on assigned projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other relevant tools.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, interaction design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma and Miro, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
