Property Operations Utility Clerk at Vinebrook Homes

Job Description:

Position Summary/Objective


The Utilities Clerk processes and pays vendor invoices, and processes utility work orders according to Company policies and procedures.


Hours: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm


Pay: $17/hr


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Processes emailed utility invoices through Salesforce

  • Reviews hard copy invoices received from the mail clerk and distributes to offshore team or processes through Salesforce

  • Enters invoices into Yardi software as needed

  • Fields questions from providers concerning payment status, statements, or remittance advice

  • Assists internal personnel with utility inquiries

  • Maintains all necessary utility reports, spreadsheets, and applicable files


 


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)



  • Strong aptitude with computers, internet, network phone systems

  • 1-2 years experience of data entry

  • Customer Service (Internal/External)

  • Problem Solving/Research

  • Time Management

  • Data Entry skills required
