Associate Sales Compensation Analyst
Responsible for executional strategy and analysis related to the tracking, monitoring, and pay plan aspects for Medline. This involves the understanding of all pertinent reports and calculations pertaining to the reps commission and other pay components. Generalized responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
Maintain responsibility for the analysis, integrity, and auditing of all sales and commission reports internally and externally.
Work closely with Sales Compensation Leadership and Sales Leadership to analyze and strategize pay plan structures and changes.
Creating and administrating pay plans for all sales reps.
Ad hoc reporting request related to quota, formula, and general compensation adjustments.
Aide in the setup of all quotas (primary and secondary) and create the appropriate quota letters.
Process and monitoring the year-end bonus accrual worksheets.
Responsible for auditing monthly trend report and analyzing pay variances.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
At least 1 years of analysis experience.
D ata/sales modeling experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables and formulas).
