We have provided precast concrete structures and enclosure systems for a wide variety of projects including educational, government, multi-unit residential, retail, sports complexes/stadiums, and parking garages. 

We are actively seeking Yard Person - Material Handlers to join our 1st shift operations in Springboro, OH.

Yard Persons are responsible for assisting in performing duties to ensure the proper and safe handling of products from the production areas to yard storage.  Also, to insure a smooth and safe flow of products from the storage areas onto trailers for shipments to job sites. Ideal candidates must be willing and flexible to work outdoors and available for overtime hours, including Saturdays).    

This is a 1st shift position working 6:30AM-3:00PM or until the work is done.

Positions start at 20.00

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


  • 1 or more years of experience in the pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete and/or construction industry preferred

  • Ability to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions  

  • A valid driver’s license is required!

  • Certified equipment operator a plus; travel lift and/or tow motor a plus

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

  • Basic math and measurement skills

  • Team player

General Duties:


  • Assist Equipment Operators in hooking up products for loading/unloading. Give correct hand signals to Operator for setting, lifting, or maneuvering of pieces

  • Ability to climb ladders / work outside in the elements

  • Ability to verify pieces are secure for movement throughout the plant

  • Demonstrate knowledge of correct lifting and handling of product, proper blocking to set pieces to handle weight of piece, proper position of chains, slings, and straps for correct and safe lifting of pieces

  • Maintain an attitude of safety awareness
