Job Summary The Gatton College of Business and Economics’ Professional Resource Center is currently recruiting for a Director of Professional Graduate Programs Recruitment. Individual will develop and manage recruitment programs, schedule and participate in campus visits with candidates, develop a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan through social media to reach potential students. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years of experience in recruiting, preferably at the college or graduate level. An MBA or other graduate degree is preferred for this position along with 4 years of professional employment in education, admissions, recruitment, or client relations. The qualified applicant will also possess excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, leadership, analysis, and organizational skills; pay attention to details, and develop creative solutions.

The Gatton College of Business and Economics is nearing its 100th anniversary. Over that time, we have been preparing principled leaders for the global economy, producing high quality, influential research, and supporting economic growth in Kentucky and beyond. Accredited by the AACSB, Gatton proudly offers a full range of undergraduate, graduate and professional business and economics degrees and certificates in both a face to face an online format. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite BudgetingDemonstrated proficiency with the development and implementation of a social media marketing program and experience with a customer relationship management system.
