Volt is immediately hiring an Engineering Drafter in Red Wing, MN with a well-known industry leader. This role is primarily remote however candidates need to be local in order to be able to come into the office.
This is a first shift position.
As an Engineering Drafter you will:
Works with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
Prepares less complicated drawing or layouts working from engineering specifications or detail drawings.
Uses a computer or other drafting techniques to perform scaling, dimensioning and/or line locating according to standard industry procedures.
Combines various details from sketches, drawings, or blueprints and makes required calculations.
Estimated Duration 24+ months.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum Associates Degree
Creo, AutoCAD and Windchill.
Windchill is the document management system associated with Creo.

Pay Rate:$30.00-30.53 hr.
