Direct Hire opportunity for a Help Desk Technician located in Long Beach, CA.


As a Help Desk Technician you will:

  • Have a Startup Mindset - We are a small team with big ambitions. This means every single one of us has numerous responsibilities. There's a lot of work to do starting on Day 1, so you'll want to be someone that enjoys rolling up your sleeves.


This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.



Ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in help desk collaboration with network or security roles is desirable.
  • Training and Development: Experience in training and mentoring team members, particularly in areas of compliance and best IT practices.
  • Network and Security Expertise: Proficiency in network management and security, including experience with tools and protocols used in Aruba and Cisco environments.
  • Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls is a plus.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of GCC High and CMMC Level 2 compliance standards is a plus. Experience in environments where these or similar compliance standards are enforced would be beneficial.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in collaborative environments and working with managed service providers is important.
  • Project Management Abilities: Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage small IT initiatives to resolve complex issues. Experience in project management fundamentals within an IT context, ideally for at least 3 years.
  • Innovative and Adaptive Thinking: A track record of innovative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing technological landscape is a plus.
  • End-User-Centric Approach: A strong focus on user experience and productivity, with a history of developing and implementing solutions that enhance user satisfaction and productivity.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
