Volt is immediately hiring for an HR Representative-Admin in Huntington, IN.
As an HR Representative you will:
Use knowledge of the company and position requirements to identify qualified candidates through resume screening and phone interviews and refer only those qualified to managers.
Will maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to fully understand their needs to ensure an efficient and effective interviewing and selection process.
Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies.
Determine and manage key sources to proactively source viable candidates.
Work with hiring managers to develop a search strategy for open positions.
Resume screening, distribution, and tracking.
Conduct phone interviews and recommend next steps to the manager.
Closely follow-up on interview with hiring managers and candidates.
Extend offers and close candidates.
Help with various HR duties.
This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years light industrial and manufacturing recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
Highly organized and detail oriented
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to work onsite in Huntington, IN
Pay Rate:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
