Volt is immediately hiring a Accounts Payable Clerk for a leading electronic manufacturing company in San Diego - Otay Mesa.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will:
Set up new vendors
Record and reconcile vendor AP invoices
Research, communicate, and resolve AP issues
Process vendor payments
Assist with AMEX processing
Assist with determining month-end accruals
Report inventory balances
Assist with prepaid expenses
Assist with Fixed Asset management
Assist with Audits
Assist with tax reporting compliance
This is a Full-Time Temporary Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 1 year experience recording accounts payable transactions
Knowledge with Excel, AP Processing and ERP processing
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM - 430PM (on-site)
Pay Rate: $22 to $25/hr.
