Job Description:

• Electronic assembly operations on components or sub-assemblies
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity and familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, hand tools, and microscopes.
• A minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing assembly or production environment
• Experienced in automated and/or manual die attach, automated and/or manual wire bonding
• Must be able to read and follow build instructions, including understanding of process documents, and assembly drawings
• Basic computer skills are a necessity.
• Must be able to work overtime if required, on short notice
• Must be able to set up, calibrate, and operate the auto mount machine.

• Must possess an excellent attendance and work record.
• Have demonstrated leadership ability, good organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to work closely with others in a team environment.
• Strong ability to problem solve - with basic math skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact in a team environment.
