Volt is immediately hiring Maintenance Mechanic, in Davenport, IA.
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will:
Welding and Fabrication work on stationary equipment
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and repair work for machinery and various plant equipment
Work with hydraulic, pneumatic and electric systems, PLC, valves, cylinders, bearings, and electric motors
Prepare and maintain all maintenance records, and daily reports.
Ensure proper parts inventory
This is a full time opportunity. 1st shift opportunity. Monday - Friday 6am-4:30pm
The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Welding (stick) and fabricating skills are required.
Familiarity with yard vehicles, forklift, loaders, and material separators a definite plus
Pay Rate: $22 - $25 per hour
