Description:

Plateau GRP is seeking a motivated Facility Planning Analyst with experience in supporting Department of Defense (DoD) facility project planning and financial management processes to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have specific experience with review, analysis and financial tracking of DoD facility restoration and modernization projects, and excellent analytical & communication skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reviews of submitted project requests in accordance with customer policies and regulations and provide any revisions to the appropriate requestor.
  • Participate in project prioritization working groups to review projects submitted.
  • Provide prior/prepared input for standardized monthly presentations before scheduled briefings, utilizing customer approved formats.
  • Track and review facility restoration and modernization project planning, programming, budget, and execution documents to ensure they are in line with established requirements. Report results and ensure any required revisions are corrected within identified timelines.
  • Provide summaries of milestones for their areas of responsibility. Attend, observe, and participate in Meetings, Workshops and Courses, in person and/or remotely as required by the customer. Provide trip reports, minutes, summaries, and after-action remarks as required.
  • Conduct one on one onsite reviews of project requests and provide help/assistance to requestors as directed. Provide summaries of reviews outlining all information and trends that impact requestor's readiness.
  • If required, visit customer sites to conduct one on one reviews of project request forms and issues pertaining to the process to provide help/assistance.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is desired.

  • At least two years of experience with facility project planning, design and management is required, preferably for a DoD organization.
  • Experience with Army National Guard (ARNG) facility planning and budgeting processes is highly desired.
  • Experience working with Army facility planning systems such as GFEBS, PRIDE, RPLANS or ISR, and familiarity with related datasets, is highly desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance is required.
