Collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to streamline processes, gather requirements, document changes, configure solutions, and facilitate user adoption.
Assist in configuring system forms and workflows across various HR modules, such as payroll (time & attendance), employee file management, record organization, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Participate in internal project meetings, offering updates on progress and deliverables.
Coordinate with Paycor representatives as necessary to ensure a seamless transition.
Offer end-user support to ensure comfort and proficiency with the new system and associated processes.
Engage with managers to validate data accuracy and ensure information remains current.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Paycor functionality and recommend best practices.
Aid in drafting and comprehending policies regarding system usage.
Provide assistance with administrative tasks and generalist duties as required, including employee file management and employment verifications.
Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience is required
Must have hands on experience with an HRIS implementation (Paycor would be IDEAL)
Experience writing, implementing, and managing the messaging around HR policies and procedures regarding the new HRIS system is highly desired
Change management experience.
Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred

Pay: $30-37/hr
Schedule: 8am - 4:30 pm M-F (Approx.)
Location: Hybrid Flexibility (must work 100% in office during rough 1 month training period)
Type: Long-term contract (7-9 months approx.)
