RESPONSIBILITES
Prepares and reviews complex monthly financial statements and reports.
Prepares and reviews complex monthly financial statements and reports at both the local level and the corporate level.
Assist in monthly close process including journal entry preparation
Performing complex data driven analysis
Complex reconciliations.
Facilitate SOX compliance
Ensure that accounting records and financial statements are accurate and complete by analyzing transactions and the general ledger accounts.
Assist with external audits
Provides support to financial staff with issues related to financial reporting.
Identify and help implement process improvements.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
5+ years of relevant work experience
CPA preferred
Knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills required.
