Responsibilities:
First point of contact via phone and email to provide a positive customer experience
Identifying clients needs based on individual calls, emails and resolving in a timely manner
Identify and communicate product issues and customer concerns to company employees for improving our products and processes
Logging service tickets
Ability to multitask and balance answering emails and phone calls each day
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service in a call center environment
Helpdesk experience candidates welcome to apply!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Available to work On-site 100%
