Job Description:

Our hiring manager is looking for a friendly, polished professional willing to work a contract to permanent role as a receptionist.
Operates the telephone console to facilitate internal telephone transfers, voice mail transfers, and messages.
Receives incoming telephone calls and transfers accordingly once the nature of a caller's business has been determined. Prescreens calls in the sales areas to determine the appropriate division and team for telephone transfer.
Receives and effectively relays emergency and problem calls to the appropriate party.
Maintains printer room and printers restocked, orders toner and schedules service calls for printers as needed.
Maintains knowledge of company, products, employees, and family members, to help facilitate telephone transfers.
Receives visitors and contacts the appropriate party to arrange for an escort from the main lobby.
Maintains employee sign-out log.
Receives deliveries and contacts appropriate employees for pick up of their packages.
Sorts incoming mail daily, scans and disburses to employees appropriately through Sage Paperless
Provides answers to inquiries and other information, as appropriate.
Index documents as needed in Safe Paperless
Maintains directory of all employees indicating employee name, telephone extension, job title, department, supervisor, and employee availability.
Maintains emergency contact information and disaster recovery plan information.
Maintains supply of applications, and company business cards and literature for disbursement.
Reports console and extension malfunctions and equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
Processes orders for supplies, as needed.
Prepares daily mail and documents for shipping.
