Our client, a community services center, is seeking a Director of Grants and Contracts to join their team! This role will be onsite in Boston, MA to start with the ability to transition to hybrid working schedule after training. This position will provide financial management support to the Accountants and Program Directors in their organization. They will assist with reviewing and analyzing budget submissions, post-award direct costs and preforming account receivable functions.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to Senior Accountants
Participate in month-end close process
Reconciliation of project accounts
Monthly invoice preparation
Interpret contracts or grant awards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
5+ years of experience in fund accounting, finance, auditing or analysis
