Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Investment Accountant/Process Analyst to join their team in Boston, MA.

Summary:
This client is a well-established and growing financial services company. They offer a competitive benefits package that includes a pension plan and 401K, bonuses and offer flexible hours. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 2 days a week in the office and the rest of the week remote.

Duties:

• Investment Accountant/Process Analyst reports to the Controller and creating monthly financial analysis reports to leadership


• Partner with Leadership teams in striving to improve overall control environment of the organization


• As an Investment Accountant/Process Analyst, you will act as an internal advisor/consultant and participate in all new key projects and partner with Teams, Treasury, Investment, etc.


• Handle company policies and regulations and work with recommending improvements to accounting systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS degree required with either a CPA or CFA or related certification path


• 5+ years of work experience with Investment accounting in financial services


• STAT insurance industry reporting experience or understanding is strongly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
