Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Kissimmee, FL / Hybrid.


Role Description


The Senior Business Analyst is a critical member of the Site Specific Apps team. This position requires someone with a high level of attention to detail who is highly organized. This candidate should also be capable of soliciting requirements from key stakeholders and translate them into stories that a developer could immediately take action on. This individual will be responsible for supporting the team as we design, develop, produce and sustain unique software solutions that enable our Park Operations partners.
• Create effective, dynamic and well thought out multimedia assets to convey complex technical and strategic information
• Gather and produce clear, concise project requirements
• Work with multiple team members while prioritizing workload and meeting project deadlines
• Administer the JIRA Kanban projects for the team
• Organize and facilitate productive work sessions with multiple stakeholders


Skills & Requirements


• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment
• Expert level experience with Microsoft office products, JIRA / Confluence, and other reporting and analysis tools
• Experience with Agile Development practices including story development, pointing, and planning
• Muse possess experience gathering and writing complex requirements, user story development and backlong management
• Must possess experience creating stories to support test driven development practices
• Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills regarding impact and release changes for tracking and management
