A 40+ year old Rocky Mountain focused General Contractor with a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up, Multi-Family, Federal, Industrial, TI & Wider Commercial builds.


With offices across the Front Range - this organization is one of the premier Colorado General Contractors.


Your New Role


Working from one of their Denver based Offices, but covering Projects across the Rockies, you will be supporting the Lead Superintendent in the field for either the full Project or for set verticals within the Project, ranging from planning, scheduling, subs etc whilst ensuring budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.


Ideally, you will be from an Interiors background.


What you'll need to succeed

• Will have 2+ years experience as a Super delivering Projects related to the above


• Confident with Procore and wider scheduling software


• 2+ years within a GC environment - understands the pace and day to day life of a GC


• Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills


• Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects


• An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
