Job Description:

As the MW Global People Analytics Manager you will play a critical role in the MW transformation to Process Simplification. You will become a key champion regarding Workday and OrgVue reporting usage, developing capability as both a Workday expert and coach where needed. Throughout the period of the assignment, you will be expected to develop in-depth knowledge of the Mars Snacking Organizational and People data structures. This will allow you to effectively access the data in the system and manage reporting and analytics requests in conjunction with Operational Headcount reporting and Simplification people analytics support.

You will also gain experience in supporting the OrgVue scenario modelling tool, learning from the expertise provided by our Accenture consulting partners. As the MW Global P&O Data Analytics Manager, it is expected that you will be responsible for quickly coming up to speed on the various P&O Org Health Dashboards and their usage. You will need to understand what data flows into the dashboards, and how best to access and leverage that data to support data analysis and ad-hoc hypothesis modelling.

This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of May 2026.As we move closer to May 2026 we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. If asuitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will end.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's in a quantitative/numeric discipline (preferred)


• Strong excel skills


• Familiarity with Workday HRIS system


• Experience with GDPR compliance


• Experience in organizational analytics


• Working knowledge of OrgVue (preferred)

What will be your key responsibilities?

• The role will be responsible for understanding and applying Workday reporting capabilities and various People


• Reporting & Analytics tools, incorporating coaching, training, and governance reporting and analytics.


• Workday and OrgVue Reporting User/Expert:

• Partner with Accenture team to identify and provide necessary data for OrgVue models

• (Baseline and RMO)


• Partner with D30 P&O BP and GXOs and Regional Champions to create and update Project


• Resource staffing model to track staffing status and resource costs (together with Finance)


• Partner with D30 P&O BP and MyP&O to set up and staff positions for project funded roles


• Partner with P&O and Finance to provide reports and enable tracking/governance for SWB

• Work with MGS P&O Reporting team on identifying technical and/or data issues and assisting in


• problem solving issues


• Provide administrative support to correct Workday data to ensure integrity of the systems
