Job Summary



The Senior Director of Physician Practices provides support and oversight to multiple St. Christopher's Hospital for Children (STC) Directors to ensure STC practices provide the highest quality services in a cost effective and efficient manner.


  • This position serves as the primary point person for practice management and operations management of all STC practices and interfaces with STC Senior Leadership on both an ad-hoc and standing committee participation basis.

  • Position provides operational management, budgeting guidance, business analysis, and the development and implementation of programs and initiatives designed to support the achievement of organizational goals and mission.

  • Responsible for coordination of organization wide projects and ensures that all practices and Directors are working towards common goals and standardized procedures and processes.

  • Works independently.

  • Demonstrates ability to exercise judgement and capable of making decisions.

  • Reports to the Senior Vice President St. Christopher's Pediatric Associates.
