Role description:

Arcadis is looking for a Principal Management Consultant - Asset Management to join our Places Technical Advisory team in New York. This role will be mostly performed remotely however we are ideally looking for candidates living in the New York , New Jersey or Washington DC areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice to our clients on the strategic management of their building-related assets, optimizing asset performance, and maximizing returns. You will be expected to advise clients on developing and implementing asset management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Role accountabilities:

• Develop a comprehensive asset management value proposition and go-to-market strategy aligned to our client's needs.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, asset managers, financial institutions, and industry experts.
• Analyze and optimize the performance of client's asset portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
• Advise on compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards governing asset management practices by applying industry leading tools and frameworks (Institute of Asset Management SAM+ Gap Analysis Tool, ISO 55000 Asset Management Framework).
• Lead the performance of Gap Analyses and the creation of Asset Management Plans and Strategic Asset Management Plans that align with industry standards and current regulatory requirements.
• Travel as needed for client meetings, project site visits, etc.
• At the appropriate time, build and then head up an Asset Management Team, leading in an inspiring and motivating manner that embodies Arcadis Leadership principles.

• 15 years of consulting experience with an asset management or management consulting firm or equivalent experience within a commercial real estate firm.
• Extensive experience with a focus on asset management activities including strategy, leasing, financing, managing improvements, capital investments, and dispositions.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management Framework
• At a minimum a college degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or similar, or a BS degree and preferably an MBA in finance, real estate or related field

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $103,000 - $154,500
