As the ETQ Product Manager you will support the global deployment and implementation of the quality systems software within the Aerospace Segment. You will be the administer of the system by supporting data collection and migration, integration, and deployment of current process/tools in PPG into ETQ, grant permissions and access, troubleshooting and improve the tool to meet internal and external requirements. This is a remote position. You will report to the Global Quality Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and manage implementation of activities for highly complex projects/programs for internal customers and suppliers.


• Provide technical support and training to end users once deployed. Create knowledge articles and training materials.


• Drive proper use of change management within the organization from current state to future state ETQ.


• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of ETQ module


• The product manager will serve as a consultant to the business throughout the implementation and life of the product to inform potential ways to integrate and develop business processes utilizing the full capabilities of the tool and provide information around investment, feasibility, and opportunities.


• The product manager is responsible for becoming an expert on both the available functionality of the system and the intended user's use of the system in order to understand not only how the system works, but how to optimize the way the users will work with the system in order to simplify business process and drive adoption/usage as much as possible


• Act as liaison between technical and business teams, the product manager is responsible for managing communication across the agile team members, key stakeholders, collecting input, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the life of the product.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in science or business (Chemistry, Material Science or Equivalent


• 3 years working experience with supplier quality, customer quality or quality assurance projects in automotive, aerospace or food industry.


• Experienced on ISO 9001/AS9100D and/or IATF 16949 standards requirements - internal or lead auditor training is ideal


• Project management and six sigma training


• US Citizen


• Ability to travel 20%

  Base Salary Range $100,000-$110,000 plus annual bonus
