Description: Position Summary
Our client is looking for an energetic and experienced Media Analytics Manager to help scale our most impactful media practices. This individual will be naturally curious while they manage data from multiple sources (including web, media, and warehoused data) and translate it into high-quality and actionable insights with recommendations to improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and drive enrollments. This person will be responsible for not only ensuring the correct media effectiveness tracking but also for a deeper level of reporting insights, including MMA and closed loop analysis, to determine channel specific and overarching media performance and business performance at a national and school level.


Responsibilities


•Establish and maintain weekly/ monthly/quarterly reporting to track business KPIs (e.g., traffic, leads, tours, registrations, and enrollments) across the organization hierarchy.


•Validate and consolidate data from multiple data platforms (GA, PowerBi, Tableau, etc) to deliver reporting and provide analysis for improvements.


•Manage and monitor traffic sourcing hierarchy (e.g., UTM parameters, ad stack integrations, etc..) in Google Analytics for all marketing channels including but not limited to (Site, Email, SMS, Display, OLV, Streaming, Paid Social, Search, and SEO)


•Proactively solve complex business issues and provide ad-hoc reporting and analytic support as needed.


•Develop, review and report on performance metrics in cooperation with a cross-functional team of stakeholders.


•Develop pathing


•Assist and develop with demand gen, lead, and business forecasting; provide recommendations for scenario planning.


•Develop and implement data visualizations to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to make informed decisions.


•Develop and maintain reporting for and analysis of overall media mix and provide recommendation channel recommendation.


•Analyze data from a single or multiple data sources to report on-site performance and lead generation; assist the company in CLV analysis.


•Partner with other departments (Marketing, IT, Ops., etc) to help drive insights, identify opportunities, and understand behavior and long-term trends.


•Manage, alter and administrate Google Analytics configurations and Google Tag Manager environments.


•Other responsibilities as assigned. Experience and Competencies Minimum Requirements


•At least 5 years of work experience in marketing analytics & business Expertise with the following in Google Analytics: GA4 continual evolution


•Creating and auditing event and goals


•Administering traffic/ channel source hierarchy (channel groupings, UTM parameters


•Creating customized reporting and dashboards (including data exports) at a systemwide and individualized school level


•Analyzing user on-site behavior flows/ journeys


•Experience creating, testing, and performing quality assurance on tags, triggers, and variables within the Google Tag Manager Environment


•Proficiency in data visualization design and development in business intelligence software such as Power BI, Tableau & Google Data Studio


•Ability to think both creatively and strategically.


•Detail Oriented


•Deep understanding of data and digital media ecosystems and experience with MMM, MMA, and closed loop systems of measurement and analysis


Highly Desired


• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data or related field


•Strong communication and leadership skills and attention to detail; ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.


•Strong analytical skills. Ability to apply analytics to business issues (i.e., segmentation analysis, marketing mix modeling) as well as apply analytical skills to understanding business performance (i.e., predictive modeling, regression modeling, price elasticity)


•Strong time management, problem solving, planning, and organization skills to work on multiple projects for success in a results-oriented environment.


• The ability to be self-motivated and to work independently.
