Location: Canton (Township), OH

Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually

Description: The Judge Group is Currently seeking an Engineering Manager for an Industrial Manufacturer with a location just near Canton, OH.


Relocation Offered for the right candidate


Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 Base plus20% Bonus Potential

Must Have: Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline


Must Have: 15 Years of combined experience in hand on manufacturing or Project Engineering


Must Have: 5 Years of leadership of a team of more than 5 employees


Must Have: Lean Six Sigma Certification


Must Have: Ability use Cad Software


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and empower cross-functional teams to achieve peak performance in a safe and productive work environment.


• Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing cost-saving solutions and innovative technologies.


• Liaise effectively across engineering, production, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.


• Provide technical expertise in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of production equipment.


• Develop and manage project plans that prioritize efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
