A tight knit team of designers - we engage across the business to design and productize the electromechanical wearable and deployment technology of future CGM. Engaged in early phase technology through launch, our in depth understanding of first principles and high-volume design means our products are loved all over the world. Where you come in:



  • You design cutting edge CGM hardware through rigorous analysis and design


  • You manage designing for many aspects of the business


  • You design for high volumes of a medical device fit for consumer usability


  • You will document with clear design intent all aspects of the design through limited launch


  • You will manage external development partners to develop novel and ensure scalability


  • You work with a large cross functional team





What makes you successful:



  • You are proficient in design tools such as Solidworks, Solidworks Simulation, MATLAB, FEA)


  • You have experience in managing and strategizing new processes and designs with outside vendors


  • You bring expertise in design for plastic injection molding, metal stamping, forming, machining and


  • You've lead teams to show feasibility of design through clinical trials as well as bench characterization


  • You have an innate ability to ruthlessly downselect technologies with strategic


  • Utilize root cause investigation methodologies to de-bug and solve functional performance challenges


  • You've demonstrated an ability to take a design from early proof of concept through launch


  • You've lead the documenting of design through DFMEA, P-Diagram, and systematic


  • You have a track record of working through cross functional tradeoffs and at product level to

Experience and Education Requirements:



  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Masters degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
